How long does delivery take?

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we deliver within Morocco only.

If you would like international shipping, please contact us via WhatsApp or email. We will provide you with the product weight, shipping cost, and available international courier options.

What if I receive a defective or damaged product?

If your product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please review our Exchange & Return Policy for full details and eligibility. Once your request is approved, we will arrange the return and replacement process. If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, OYA will cover the return and replacement shipping costs.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
